Unknown Device Errors in Device Manager
Microsoft Hotfix for Windows 7
If you are experiencing unknown device errors in Device Manager when using Windows 7, the details of the device may show ACPIMSFT0101. This error occurs when you enable the AMD HDMI audio driver. To resolve this issue, you can download the Microsoft hotfix provided below and run it to install the device.
Note: This hotfix is only compatible with Windows 7 64-bit. If you switch to Windows 7 64-bit, you will need to install this hotfix. Additionally, I have also attached the Microsoft Hotfix for the TPM 20 device. Please download, unzip, and run the hotfix to make the device work in Windows 7.
